A unique one-week internship program, in which the students can get a deep dive into the partner companies and see behind the scene. The main idea is to connect businesses with high potentials and the students with amazing companies in their respective city. Since the whole program only lasts for one week, each company managed to integrate their interns in a different way: while some worked on current company challenges and case studies, others could gain diverse insights into different departments as part of a small traineeship. The Spring Program was first introduced in 2018 in Vienna and normally takes place in February due to the semester break, however, the time depends on the respective holidays of the single universities. The long-term vision would be to have the Spring Program in several NIMS-cities and give the NIMSies the opportunity to get a sneak peek at various companies all around Europe. In 2023 the Spring Program will take place in Vienna from the 20th to the 24th of February.

For 3+ days all the NIMSies meet up in one city, participate in company workshops, and company visits, connect with the students of the other universities and have an incredible time. In 2022, the Discovery Days took place in Berlin, consisting of several workshops and keynote speeches with five partners companies (Project A Ventures, Deloitte Digital, Merantix, Charles and CarlFinance) as well as online socialising events. The Discovery Days normally take place in spring and we set up a task force with members from each chapter to plan and organise the conference several months in advance. The task force consists of ~15 members and different sub-departments. In 2023 the Discovery Days will take place in Barcelona at the end of May.
